Policies Appointments confirmed 12 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled 24 hours in advance will not be charged for. No shows will be charged at R100 per hour. Please arrive 10 min before your scheduled appointment. All courses payable in advance and in full, valid for 3 months only! Appointments of 2 hours or longer duration payable 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. 100% Non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all spa packages booked. |
